It is an award given to LATICRETE North America employees to immediately recognize their outstanding performance. All Pulse Level award recipients excel above and beyond their daily duties, provide superior service to customers and or fellow employees, demonstrate the ability to take the initiative on projects and tasks, value teamwork and maintain a professional appearance. Pulse nominations are reviewed and awarded monthly.
The of LATICRETE” Award - $$$
It is an award given to LATICRETE North America employees who have made distinctive contributions demonstrating that they live and breathe the LATICRETE values. These employees are highly motivated, demonstrate a positive attitude, consistently excel above and beyond their daily duties, provide superior service to customers and/or fellow employees, demonstrate a high level of commitment to the organization, are supportive of team and company, and maintain a professional appearance. Breath nominations are reviewed and awarded quarterly.

It is an award given to LATICRETE employees who have demonstrated Living the LATICRETE Values inside and outside the company. These employees are caring and giving members of their teams and their communities. They will have made significant contributions to their workplace and or their community, making a difference in someone’s life. Heart nominations are reviewed and awarded annually (Q1).
The Dr. Henry M. Rothberg R&D Innovation Award
This award was created to recognize the extraordinary performance in R&D and before today, has only been awarded three times in the history of the company.
